Itinerary


Day 1: Arrive Delhi
On arrival at the airport, meet your Tour Manager who will assist with the transfer to the hotel for two night stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing 
Enjoy breakfast and an introduction to the tour by the Tour Manager before, starting full day sightseeing of Delhi. Visit the Jama  Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride past the several busy bazaars and Asia’s largest spice
market which has existed since the 17th-century. Finally, visit Qutub Minar a World Heritage site. This is the tallest brick minaret in the world and was completed in the 14th century with beautiful terra cotta embellishments and balconies. Evening enjoy a welcome dinner. (B,D)

Day 3: Delhi – Agra 
After leisurely breakfast travel to Agra, home to India’s most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan as a lasting tribute to his beloved wife, Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Completed in 1652, skilled artisans from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy
worked for 17 years with some 20,000 labourers to construct this magnificent edifice. Evening free to relax or enjoy various optional activities. Stay two nights in Agra (B,D)

Day 4: Agra 
An early start to visit the Taj Mahal, the world’s greatest monument of love and devotion with its superb craftsmanship of semi-precious stones inlaid in the marble. After breakfast visit the impressive 16th century Agra Fort a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is admired for its splendour, architectural beauty and magnificent halls. Conclude the day with a visit to a marble inlay workshop to see artisans creating a masterpiece in marble and precious gemstones. (B,D)

Day 5: Agra – Kalakho
Travel to Kalakho, a small village brimming with culture and history. Afternoon get a henna tattoo from the village ladies and and men can learn the art of Rajasthani Turban tying as the day is free to explore. Overnight at Ummaid Lake Palace. (B,D)

Day 6: Kalakho – Jaipur
Morning enjoy a farm-fresh breakfast and visit an authentic Rajasthani village by Juggad ride, the way locals do and to get an insight in real rural India. Later travel to Jaipur, the pink city of India. Afternoon enjoy a handson experience with block printing, next visit a jewellery shop to witness how precious and semi-precious stones are cut to perfection. Evening free to relax and stay two nights in Jaipur. (B,D)

Day 7: Jaipur
Start a full-day sightseeing tour with an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort, constructed from yellow and pink sandstone and gleaming white marble. Back in the city, photo stop at Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. At the City Palace Museum,  your  knowledgeable guide will enhance your tour of its extensive and carefully curated collection including miniature paintings, ancient weapons and traditional Rajasthani royal costumes. You’ll also visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory built in 1726, to measure
time, predict eclipses and track the movements of the stars and planet. (B,D)

Day 8: Jaipur – Jojawar
After breakfast drive to Jojawar – Rawla Jojawar is the fort which is converted into a heritage hotel. The new generation of King Rao, is looking after the hotel in the Rawla, recently restored into its old-world splendour. Stay two nights in Jojawar. (B,D)

Day 9: Jojawar 
Enjoy the village experience accompanied by one of the staff guides, a great way to experience life here as it unfolds before your eyes. The afternoon starts with a new adventure called Countryside jeep safari – It is said that the real India is its rural areas, the country around Jojawar boasts of very interesting landscapes, with the picturesque Aravali Hills in the east. Day 10: Jojawar – Udaipur
After breakfast check out of the hotel and travel towards the lake city of Udaipur, en-route pass lush green valleys, and heart- capturing views before visiting Ranakpur, with intricately carved marble Pillars and Domes. Tucked away in a remote valley in the Aravalli ranges, it boasts of one of the largest and most important Jain Temples in the country. Stay two nights at Udaipur. (B,D)

Day 11: Udaipur 
An excursion from Udaipur to visit a Bhil Village. The sightseeing in Udaipur is set around the City Palace a complex of 11 palaces, all with intricate stone work and interiors featuring glass mirrors and ornamental tiles. Visit the gardens of Sahelion Ki Bari, the old city and conclude your day with a boat ride on Lake Pichola (B,D)

Day 12: Udaipur Departure 
After breakfast tour finishes with a direct transfer to Udaipur airport (B)
