Itinerary Details

Day 1: Greetings from New York City  
Take a bite of the Big Apple and you’ll wish you’d had more, as the energy and vibrancy of this iconic city inspire you to believe your dreams can come true. Check in to your New York hotel and spend the afternoon exploring the city’s soaring skyline at your own pace. This evening, you’ll meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers for dinner.

Day 2: Explore the Highlights of NYC and Philadelphia 
From the iconic to the unexpected, embark on an orientation tour of the City that Never Sleeps. Marvel at the towering Art Deco façades of the Empire State Building, the electric buzz of Times Square, and the peaceful haven of Central Park. Next, travel to Philadelphia to visit the Liberty Bell Centre and view the famous cracked bell, whose inscription has inspired many to "proclaim liberty." See Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence was signed, before continuing on to Washington, D.C.

Day 3: Immerse Yourself in Historical Washington, D.C.  
Celebrate the proud heritage of a nation as you visit the memorials and monuments that make Washington so famous. Pass the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, the Lincoln Memorial, and the World War II and Vietnam War memorials. Visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture on a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. This museum, the only one of its kind, documents African American life, history, and culture, housing over 40,000 fascinating artifacts.

Day 4: Engage in the Stories of Amish Country 
Journey into the rural heart of Pennsylvania's Lancaster County with a Local Specialist, where you’ll learn about the traditional agricultural lifestyle of the Amish and Mennonites, who have lived much the same way for over 200 years. This evening, enjoy a hearty dinner and try your hand at making your own whoopie pies for dessert.

Day 5: Discover the Artistry of Glassblowing 
Travel north through Pennsylvania's rural landscapes to New York State, stopping en route at the Corning Museum of Glass. Witness the delicate craft of glassblowing and admire the glass artistry on display in its galleries. Later, cross the Canadian border en route to Niagara Falls.

Day 6: Take in the Sights and Flavours of Niagara Falls  
Feel the exhilarating rush of cascading waters as you embark on a boat ride to the base of Horseshoe Falls, which plunges dramatically into Lake Ontario. Enjoy free time to explore the area at your leisure, soaking in the power of nature. In the afternoon, connect with locals at Ravine Winery and enjoy Niagara's regional cuisine paired with their delicious wines during a Be My Guest Experience. After returning to Niagara Falls, the remainder of the day is yours to relax or explore further.

Day 7: Get Expert Hockey Tips and Tricks
Skirt the shores of Lake Ontario and stop in Oakville, where you’ll learn the art of playing hockey like a true Canadian. Dive Into Culture and embrace Canada’s national sport, discovering the secrets and superstitions of hockey players. Visit the players’ dressing room, put on the full gear, and take to the ice to learn whether you’re a lefty or righty, all while perfecting your skills to score the big goal. Then, head to Toronto for an introductory tour, with the rest of the day free for you to explore the city.

Day 8: Explore Ottawa
Today, stop in Kingston for lunch at your leisure before heading to Mādahòkì Farm for a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience.

Day 9: Unlock the Traditions of Québec City  
Continue your journey to Québec City, where you'll explore the UNESCO-listed Old Québec, rich with 17th-century charm. Indulge in the local tradition of lunch at an authentic Cabane à Sucre (Sugar Shack), a beloved experience for the Quebecois.

Day 10: Wander the Historic Streets of Québec City 
Explore the winding streets and historic landmarks of Québec City with your Local Specialist. Day 12: Journey to Rustic Franconia Notch 
Return to the United States this morning and travel across New Hampshire to Boston, one of the oldest cities in America.

Day 13: Immerse Yourself in the History of Boston  
Explore Boston’s red brick Freedom Trail this morning, with stops at the Old North Church and Boston Harbour, the site of the famous Tea Party protest. Spend the rest of the day as you wish—consider a visit to the bar that inspired the TV show *Cheers* or a leisurely stroll through the centuries-old Boston Common. This evening, toast to your memorable East Coast experiences at dinner.

Day 14: Farewell New York  
Say goodbye to your new friends before departing for New York's JFK International Airport.
