Our store owners have 100% control of their own business and also their brand. Each store is an equal shareholder in World Travellers meaning they have full visibility of the company’s financials and equal voting rights. There are no other private or corporate owners needing to make a profit. With no “us” vs “them” everyone works towards the same goals, which makes for a very positive and refreshing culture.
Being part of the World Travellers group is different. You get all the support of a head office team and Board, but with less to pay and more flexibility to do things your way.
