As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering tailor-made itineraries for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our clients to achieve their travel dreams; face-to-face, via telephone and email
- Curating tailor-made itineraries for global & local destinations
- Maintaining & growing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Managing your financial transactions within a booking, including invoicing, ticketing, margins, credits, deposits, payments and cancellations
- Proficient at utilising our Travelport & Travelog back-office systems
About You:
- Have a LOVE for travel (this isn’t about the money)
- First-hand knowledge of multiple countries
- Proven sales experience in the travel industry
- Have excellent communication skills with those from all walks-of-life
- Committed to Customer Service excellence
- An autonomous worker who thrives under pressure while keeping your cool
- Knowledge of MS, GDS and CRM systems
- Impeccable attention to detail & task management skills
