Juliana hails from Brazil, where her personal travel passion started at the age of 7. She travelled for the first time domestically to Iguazu Falls to visit her sisters from that day every school holidays Juliana would ask her parents to take her to a new destination around Brazil. Her first overseas trip was in 2005 to New Zealand and that was when she caught the travel bug.

Juliana’s travel career began in the the contact centre of Qantas Airways - assisting both agents and travellers to ensure that all travel arrangements ran smoothly. A move into the Customer Care department allowed Juliana to work with those less satisfied travellers and provided the challenge of repairing relationships with past passengers. Following her career at Qantas a change of direction lead her to become a Travel Tutor - training the next generation of the travel industry.

Following this last move Juliana decided that consulting and building relationships with returning customers is her calling and therefore a change of direction into Corporate Travel where at Inspire Travel we are so pleased to have her.

She loves working in the travel industry especially caring and building close relationship with very important clients. She is looking forward to being able to assist in every way she can with her bubbly, enthusiastic and patient personality.
