    We had our Saturday Flight from Nelson to Auckland cancelled due to fog, consequently unable to make connecting flight to Vietnam. Air New Zealand 0800 helpline not helpful. Phone call to Alex after hours sorted us out to rebook for next available flight. Thankyou Alex.
