About Alana:

I have been with the team in Wanaka for 7 years and have been managing the Wanaka team for the past 4 years.

I have over 12 years experience in the exciting, ever changing travel industry - a mixture of wholesale, retail and corporate travel. I have an advanced Diploma of Travel, Tourism and Business Technology, including ATTTO Levels 3 and 4.

Outside of work, I love sports and the outdoors - playing netball, watching Rugby, whitebaiting, skiing, running and camping.

My favourite holiday destination would be Fiji - the relaxation, the people and the cocktails by the pool make a great holiday.

My most interesting holiday destination would be Oman. I travelled there in November 2010 and was blown away by the diversity and beauty of the country - amazing landscapes from deserts to beautiful beaches. This is a must see destination for those wanting a true Middle Eastern experience off the beaten track.

To me travel is like a puzzle. I love the challenge of piecing it all together to make that perfect holiday for you.
